Just stopped in to grab a vape pen. ( store was empty) The items are too far away from counter to see them. so when I mentioned that I will kinda lean in to see the pens the attendant was very unfriendly. Like he was god. The unfriendly environment has just lost a customer. I will never return sorry. There are way more customer friendly places around. Thanks.

I had an unusual experience. I don't live in the area and I was in town and thought I would stop in. I bought a pack of pre rolls that I didn't open until much later in the evening. Imagine my surprise when the pack was completely empty. I called the store the next day to explain and I honestly thought I would just be out of luck but I guess sometimes this happens because everything is machine rolled and packed. Anyway long story short the owner went out of way big time to make it right and I look forward to the new store opening a little closer to me.

I called in about delivery and when talking to a customer service rep who was very helpful his coworker was a complete Karen in the background and all I could hear through the phone was her yelling the other coworker about the questions I had… then I was hung up on… and never received a call back… Stay away! Common Olympia do better with hiring good staff

Good weed, but horrible customer service I ordered weed and it took 2 hours to not deliver so I had to pick it up. So you pay extra for it not to deliver 2/10 would not buy weed here go to tweed or a dealer to buy.

Pre order and pre pay but when you walk up to the door they put up a back in 5 minutes sign. Disgustingly bad service. How is a 5 minute break warranted 27 minutes before closing?? If 0 stars was an option I'd use that
