I've been to a few dispensaries in the area, but this one is definitely my go to now. The store is super clean and organized, and the atmosphere is relaxed but professional. The selection is amazing, everything from pre rolls to edibles to craft flower options to CBD options. What really stood out was the customer service. I had a bunch of questions and the staff, specifically the manager, didn't rush me or make me feel dumb, they actually took the time to explain things in a way I could understand. I'll definitely be coming back.
Went here many times, my girlfriend stopped by to grab a Tribal cart which right out of the packaging did not work.
They refused to replace or issue a refund for a faulty product that had been purchased 3 days prior as she "didn't have an account or receipt". Scummy business practices as she was sold faulty product and they refused to make right on it. I would never recommend them to anyone as if you get some bunk bud, they'll tell you to get lost.
Carley or Karlee is incredible, wonderful customer service and a superb attitude. From colbourne but I will buying from here now!
This location is great! The customer service from all the staff is fantastic. If they don't have what you want they will definitely help find something similar to the product you are looking for!
