Update: Made the review one star because of yet another negative experience. Bought a dry herb vape off them expensive thing didn't work out of the box, went back for troubleshooting was told by a guy with black hair and a lady both folks who've been good to me in the past that it didn't work was given a suggestion of putting the weed in another compartment they told me id put it in the essence chamber or some shit. Went home did as instructed and got fed error codes by the lemon device. Wasn't impressed called and asked for them to call me back and lo and behold the young lady who left the message for the other either didn't leave a message or i didn't get the call. I'm not cool with how many issues have arisen with these folks. I cant recommend it even if your low mobility go to chemmy go to town go anywhere but here. Staff wont help you with your issues. Btw he was all too happy to upsell me a grinder. Wont help me with the hardware but they got the upsell. Hope it was worth it lads. I just wanted to be treated fairly by ya'll. Hope the manufacturer doesn't do the same. Was all too happy to support my local store but they dont support us. Business first and business only.
