Great store, but online states that the store is open at 9am. On the door it says it opens at 10am . Drove and hour for no reason this morning
Today Feb 21/25 at 1:17 pm I visited your store and was asking about some of your products to a young lady , she was extremely rude to me and when I asked to speak to the manager she came out from the back and just made jokes . I use visit your store from time to time and have an account there also . there is absolutely no reason to treat your customers like garbage and I definitely will NEVER be going back again.
Go check it out. Prices may be a bit higher but everything else will make up for it. Staff is awesome!! If you want a good laugh, they will not deceive you. Always new products in, when available. They have an amazing selection of accessories, the best in town for sure.
They price match all the stores in Alliston as well.

I brought a 3.5G of tribals new (NEON SUNSHINE) from this store I have taken it home it has no Vapor package inside & the weed is very sticky , it will not grind , it does not smoke correctly & I did not feel the high , my partner had taken a tolerance break for a week also smoked this and felt nothing, as a loyal customer using this store almost daily, I was suprised to be told we can do nothing for you other than 15% off your next order , for a customer that spends over $1500 a year at this store I would think they would refund or exchange $32.00 worth of product.
This is no reflection on the staff but maybe the stores processes.
This is usually my go to spot, price is not amazing but w.e. they usually have solid offerings. I bought a "staff pick" because I liked the brand, noticed after purchasing the package date was November of last year. After opening it, the smell was kind of off just smells old almost moldy. I know this going be chalked up to a LP issue, and its my fault for opening it I should have just returned it when I noticed. Feel like they just put "staff pick," because it didn't sell. Don't think ill be coming back.
