I was very impressed with this location; it's a large dispensory with lots of displays and room to move around. In Ontario, they all have monitors with products that rotate around, but they can be hard to read. Here, they have binders with pages of details--very helpful. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Note for visitors (such as myself): Google Maps has a hard time discerning between the NSLC liquor and cannabis stores. Mine took me to a liquor store first--they are similar but are dedicated to one or the other.

I was coming in to get my regular and was denied service because I had my daughter in her stroller, prior to this incident I was sold 3.5g WITH my daughter beside me, but somehow I can't today?¿ when I was talking to the workers they told me I was lying, the manager even looked at me and told me no one sold to me recently (I have bank statements that prove otherwise). Super disrespectful, the workers are definitely not on the same page here, and when I told the managers one of the workers has sold to me, he looked at me and said his employees "would never". Y'all got rules cool, but yah should probably make sure yas are on the same page. Disrespectful nasty people.

The staff here are awful. I had an issue with a product, explained the situation, in a normal succient sentence. Had a staffer come up to me and day "they're just trying to help you you're being extra" I retorted with, "I have not done anything but said. "I was Just in here, literally 10 seconds ago and this is the incorrect product". " Apparently, calmly and clearly stating an issue is too much for their staff to handle. They replaced the incorrect item with BROKEN product, so now I'm just out $50. Place is trash, the people working inside it are worse. Literally go to any other Canabis NSLC in the HRM. These people are awful
