My partner and I (regular customers since the store has opened) were just turned away from a $100+ purchase simply because I did not have my physical ID card come in the mail yet. We both recently became permanent residents of the province again and had our other licenses taken when we updated our information. We both provided the budtender with our temporary information which was issued days ago (clearly visible on the temporary slip) our birthdays, addresses etc were all in order, I tried to provide my mcp, my health card my inscuance card etc, but he would not accept it, my partner had a very old expired learner's permit, but I did not have one. The budtender said if she had come in alone he would have done the sale but since I was there without a photo it would look like a third party sale (same guy served me last week when I had my ID). After being turned away, my partner went to Atlantic Cannabis who provided her with no issues.

It has always been an enjoyable experience with the staff at this location. We have been regulars for about 5 years now. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and quick to offer you substitutes and show you new products. Service is fast but customer service oriented. We have gone to other dispensaries and have yet to find quite as good service. Always a pleasure to go to green stop! Forever our store of choice!
