When a customer says no to an upsell, listen to the customer. I actually felt hounded by an employee for saying no to a product I don't like. How many times do I have to say it? There was a complete lack of professionalism here, again.

I usually know what I'm getting before going in but day before easter i got some flowers as their special and they were shitty flowers. Something's wrong with these employees trying to sell you junk. Never buy what they recommend.

Staff are very helpful. If your undicided they will take as much time as it takes until you have found what you want. They answer all questions on deal. Never once have a bad experience here. I'm a regular customer going at least once a month. 👍🫶😋
