Not sure who the guy is trying to say he is the new manager short, young looking guy who is not smart enough to hold the position. It was a great store under the management of Scott. Not even sure who hired that kid to be a manager. I've been a client of this store since 2019 when they first opened, even before COVID. Never had any issues with any Delta 9 locations, regularly going to Kenaston, River Ave & Dakota.
Even though he said he is a manager, I have never seen him at that location before. If investors choose to hire the wrong people, prepare for the same outcome.
I checked my account, and for the month of April, I have spent over $314 only from Debit or Apple Pay. I would have probably spent $100 with cash. We understand Delta 9 doesn't have value for their clients, and we neither support your brand name again. Even your employee proudly said, 'I don't need you at my location again,' lol. His location? He try to sounds like the main investor.
In a circumstance where a new manager kid asks us not to come to Delta 9, should we go and support that brand again? No, never. If they don't understand the power of customers, we are not ready to spend our money at any of your locations anymore. We live in 2024, we can buy 28g for $65 and get it delivered to our home from BC free if you purchase over $200.
