I absolutely love this place. The folks that work there are very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly ! I love that it is queer and locally owned and operated, and they have a happy hour. Can't recommend this place enough.

This is my most favourite pot shop of all time. I love the quality of the product I purchase, mostly pre-rolls, and the staff and customer service is fantastic. So many times when purchasing pre-rolls in other shops, it was a waste of money because the pot was so poor quality. I have been smoking for my adult life, so I need a good quality joint. This shop has infused pre-rolls that are absolutely a joy to smoke. The customer service is excellent. The staff, every single one, is so pleasant and helpful and knowledgeable. I even had a neighbour go into the store to get me a gift certificate for my birthday and when they told her they do not sell gift certificates, she told them who she was purchasing for, myself, and they told her one of my favourite pre-rolls which she then purchased and gave to me for my birthday. That is excellent customer service. I have tried many shops over the years in the West End, downtown, even the suburbs, and this store remains to be my favourite for quality of product and pleasant staff to deal with.
Awful customer service, never seen a rude person like him
Every time I went the service was always impeccable! Until yesterday we grabbed an eighth of the gorilla grapez paid with a $50 bill. Not sure how much it was but it couldn't have been 50? Cashier never gave us our change :(
Owner fixed the situation immediately! Originally rated 2 stars but here's 5!!
