I've always been happy with the selection. The staff have always been super friendly and up for answering my questions. Love this location!
Been coming here for the past two or so years without issue. Never had to show my identification after the first few times and it's been that way ever since. All of the employees here have been amazing and absolutely sweet.
Fast forward to today, a newer girl asks me for my identification—she has seen me here before—and refuses to serve me without presenting it, of course this is the one day I didn't have my ID on me. I biked down instead of driving due to the great weather, ultimately increasing how unimpressed I was with this.
The thing is, she saw me purchase cannabis from another budtender a few days prior to this and even answered one of the questions I had that day. She heard my phone number being entered, the discount being applied, and all so I struggle to understand why she didn't allow that today.
I will probably be coming back, but I am disappointed as there is this inconsistency among employees.
It's a great pleasure to increase my rating once again, and a massive kudos to ALB for their attention forward approach to resolving customer concerns.
The Summerland location, specifically, has made tremendous positive changes in the selection and the prices, and despite their slightly "out of the way" location, they are absolutely worth stopping by when you're in the area. The staff is always very friendly and welcoming, and they definitely have the best collection of available accessories in Summerland.
Just wanted to drop in and say thank you to Johnny. He was Knowledgeable and super fun to talk to. He was able to match my needs with the perfect product.
He recommended a great CBD strain that I haven't been able to compare anywhere else. I will for sure be making this store my go to from now on.
