I have been shopping at buds cannabis for years and its an absolute shame I have to write this review but I am very disappointed in how they handled the situation I was put into today I had bought 2 tubes of 10 pre rolls and I had got home and went to open the one tube and there was not a single joint but black ash/ carcol looking stuff I then proceeded to go back to the store less then 5 mins after I purchased to explain my situation and the staff were amazing and kind but the manager was positive this wasn't possible and had to be me trying to scam them I am very disappointed in how they handled the situation and made me feel like the bad guy and I was just frustrated as I did not get what I had paid for at the end of the day the tube did get replaced but not with a smile on her face :)
