Today at 7:40 I spent $50 + $5 tip at this dispensary, I bought one NSFW cartridge. After taking one hit the cart tasted burnt/fiberglass . The dispensary worker confirmed that it tasted bad too after taking a hit but since it looked"functional" there can't be a return or exchange. So I basically spent $55 here and literally walked out and threw the cart out. I was gaslighted for $55 because they don't want to accept responsibility instead I was told to keep hitting the burnt cart like it's nothing just because it "looks normal". I think my judgement can tell the difference between a naked cart and a burnt coil! This was the last time I'm shopping at the burb near my apartment. I would rather make the drive to bohemian or kj's best cannabis.

Since when do you need 3 pieces of id to shop here? Came in with my bc drivers license and rbc debit with name and signature and apparently it's not enough? Joke

Just writing this review for Alex the manager, i deal with a lot of people and she's one of the best employees I've come across in the last few years. Whoever put her as manager, you know what you're doing. Hope you're paying her well.

Their prices are more expensive than the other places in the city, and they are the only dispensary that will not allow me in with my baby in a carrier and/or stroller (even a newborn lol like what's she's gonna do? She's not even conscious yet), whereas I haven't had a single other store say it wasn't allowed. I get that it's 19+ but it's just not realistic when it comes to a literal infant, especially when I can get into liquor stores/bars/other dispensaries that are all government owned and there's no problem. Looks like I'll be sticking with Kiaro!

Great environment and staff. Prerolls are quite pricey. Wish they had some sort of points/membership thing.
