Just went into BC cannabis store to pick up some sativa pre-rolls the two women working there were so so polite to me I felt extremely welcomed I felt comfortable and safe. It was a happy environment, they were giving me compliments and it was just such a great experience, really genuine!! I don't usually experience this often in businesses and so I wanted to take the time to write this review absolutely recommend this store. The workers are incredibly kind and skilled at their job. The lady there just made my day, completely!!

She was soft-spoken and honestly just probably one of the nicest woman I've ever met in my whole life, so I just wanted to say thank you from woman to woman it was an amazing experience and I'm actually really grateful for that. A lot of times when I go into stores if it's a woman working usually I feel judged or kind of ridiculed, but not here. This was an amazing experience. Just this person is such a kind soul and I hope that they stay and get promoted at this company because that was honestly like one in 1 million experience. Thank you. Kind regards.
Used to be a frequent customer until I was told I was not aloud to bring my puppy into the store never coming back here again, ridiculous policy
Been going here for a couple years on a semi regular basis and will no longer be coming back. Firstly one of the staff constantly makes mistakes on the products he gives you and then when you tell him the next time you're in he said oh well. But the reason I will not be returning is based on my most recent visit and the behavior of staff member Adesh (or something like that) Three of us came in and were looking at your pre-roll wall, he approached us to ask if we needed help. (If there was an issue this would have been the chance to address it) We said we made our decision and walked to the counter. Now a few moments later after pulling my picks he ID the person not buying anything. My friend 23 didn't want to purchase anything so didn't have his wallet so left the store. Now me at the age of 45 with Id was not allowed to purchase anything. But the other one of our group was allowed to buy stuff. I have no problems with you IDing customers but it should be as soon as you walk in the store. Which would have been an acceptable practice but to leave is in the store for five minutes until paying then asking is unprofessional. Also claimed they didn't ask upon arrival as they were "short staffed" but they had the usual 3 staff on. Plus he was very rude. I won't be back

The lady working denied me service because all 3 of my credit cards weren't signed (on the back of my cards don't say I must have signed) she tried to get me to sign on the part that is used to swipe the credit card (how stupid can u be to even ask someone to do that?) I have been to many different locations of bc cannabis and other dispensary's and have never been asked for something so stupid and ridiculous. You guys are selling weed, you aren't bouncers or bartenders. Not even bartenders or bouncers ask for something that ridiculous. Anyways, I went to burb and got my joint with no issues. I will never return to any of your locations.
