Barely got to one at two displays before I was someone tried to get me to sign a sticky note for some reason after they made me show three pieces of idea which is more then enough then refused me service when I said no I don't have enough to prove who I am. Someone saw two young people and profiled us and it is ridiculous that they over used their power in that way learn your limits before you lose sales. Any young people my suggestion is to go to a location private owned dispensary where they think before they treat people poorly.

I went in today and there was a young women up front who was extremely knowledgeable. She helped me find out what ratios I needed and even the specific times to take edibles to help me sleep. She even explained how the body metabolizes them! Thank you for your help.

The Poco store is my go-to store and I want to give a shout out to their staff, Karan and Kumi in particular. They always take time to explain different resins, strains etc because I never remember. They are patient and extremely helpful and two of the many people on staff that keep me as a return customer.

Just went into BC cannabis store to pick up some sativa pre-rolls the two women working there were so so polite to me I felt extremely welcomed I felt comfortable and safe. It was a happy environment, they were giving me compliments and it was just such a great experience, really genuine!! I don't usually experience this often in businesses and so I wanted to take the time to write this review absolutely recommend this store. The workers are incredibly kind and skilled at their job. The lady there just made my day, completely!! So thank you to her. She was a sweetheart. She was soft-spoken and honestly just probably one of the nicest woman I've ever met in my whole life, so I just wanted to say thank you from woman to woman it was an amazing experience and I'm actually really grateful for that. A lot of times when I go into stores if it's a woman working usually I feel judged or kind of ridiculed, but not here. This was an amazing experience. Just this person is such a kind soul and I hope that they stay and get promoted at this company because that was honestly like one in 1 million experience. Thank you. Kind regards.
