Products we offer are produced right here in Canada by LPs (Licensed Producers of cannabis) and they include dried flower, THC and CBD oils, sprays and capsules. We also carry a great selection of accessories from grinders, pipes, rolling materials and vapes, to amazing glass by local glass blowers.
The Cottage itself has been a part of Penticton for over a hundred years! It was built in 1914 as a beautiful family home complete with hand fabricated hardwood features and a magnificent stone hearth. If you’ve ever been curious about the little house on Martin, now is the time to check it out. Best freaking store ever! Super friendly staff, amazing prices! Our new permanent place to shop! My husband loves it as well, definitely recommend it to everybody looking for good prices and a comforting environment, and friendly people. One staff member Jeff was super super nice and welcoming, and for somebody with social anxiety that was the best thing about the store!

I had an amazing experience at the shop thanks to one of the staff members, Andrew! He was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to really listen to what I needed. I've been dealing with neck pain for a while, and he recommended a CBD cream that has made a huge difference. I honestly didn't expect it to work this well, but I'm so grateful he pointed me in the right direction. If you're looking for expert advice and real results, I highly recommend going to see him!
Andrew was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, I came into this calm quiet and beautiful establishment with a simple goal, how do I get back into smoking cannabis at a lightweight level opposed to drinking regularly.
The information given, patience and kind heartedness definitely goes a long way.
