Established in 2013, we used to be a medicinal cannabis dispensary serving patients all over Canada but that all changed when federal legalization occurred. Now we're a licensed recreational cannabis store but that hasn't changed our mission to curate the highest quality products possible and deliver them to our customers with the best quality service possible. We have fans all over Canada! You might recognize some of them.
** UPDATE **
as everybody can see… management responded to my review immediately… and requested me to email them to connect… i have sent not 1… but 2 emails to management… i still haven't recieved any sort of response…
i just wanted to point that out to anybody who reads this… smoke and mirrors is what management wants to show..! all talk… no action.!

i previously left a 5 star review… but i decided to remove it and make a new one based on todays experience.!
website says free delivery on orders over $50 … not true.!! on check out… i got charged $20 when my order was over $100..! and also the "discount" offered previously offered when placing doesn't seem to be offered online either.
i called the store and asked about it… and they admitted that there is something wrong in the system… and told me to call and speak to the manager tomorrow… or come to the store to pick up… which clearly doesn't work when someone is looking to get something delivered now… and even though they knew it was an error on their part… they refused to take the order over the phone because they won't take a credit card number over the phone.
i ended up placing the order anyways because i did want the product…
my first experience in the store was a great one with man i dealt with… i haven't seen him there the last few times i have been in… he was the most friendly and helpful…
with all the options in the city… i don't think i will be coming back / ordering from here again.!
Excellent experience. The guy that helped me was kind, exceedingly helpful, and I would joyfully go there again. It was quick without feeling rushed, pleasant, and even memorable. 10/10
I had a flight cancellation and couldn't get back to Vic to my supply. It was 10:45pm when we landed and I called these guys right away hoping they would deliver to the airport and they came through for us big time! Delivered with a couple bonus packs of gummies and we were happy girls who got great sleeps before our re-booked flight the next day. Thanks again!! Will definitely come back. 👌🏼💨
