This rating is based solely on the flower quality. I have no issues with the service or other products which I give 5 stars
I've been using cannabis for years and appreciate flavorful, clean smoke over poor-quality flower. I've even grown my own, so I know a thing or two about taste and quality.
Most legal flower sold at dispensaries, including this one, seems to prioritize high THC over quality. Here's what I've noticed:
Bad taste when smoking. To me, this comes from unflushed flower. It feels like I'm tasting leftover nutrients instead of the bud's natural flavors. So far, it's a quantity-over-quality approach. About 90% of the flower I've bought here has this burnt rubber or hay-like taste from midway through to the end—pretty intolerable.
Popcorn buds. These smaller buds from the lower part of the plant should be labeled separately, not mixed in with prime buds under a generic "flower" category. You never know what you're getting.
The pre-rolls are hit or miss. They're less affected, but I'd say there's still a 60% chance the flower inside isn't properly flushed, leaving that same off-putting taste.
Convenient to order ahead but beware of items on sale. Picked up some prerolls and, not sure how to describe it, but they were hollow and totally useless!
They need new security badly. Very unwelcoming and just pathetic and trust me completely night and day at other places in town. The guy that use to do the door was great. He would ask how my day was and we would chat if there was a line but I can now say that the current security that are working the door (mainly the skinny guy that wears a turban) have made me bring my business elsewhere after 4 years of loyalty.
the security guy was very aggressive. The way he ask for (ID) is very rude. Someone should help him get better and treat people with respect when asking for their belongings such as ID or others.
I understand is mandatory to show ID's which I never refuse to show all I asked, was be polite when you ask me for anything to show you such as my IDs or belongings. I walked in and he was like ID I said what ? He said ID I said what do you mean he said get out or I call the cops which they did. I was being treated like this, discriminated by them. Even though I called the manager to solve the problem, but she told me I can't do anything for you. I'm calling the cops on you get out of here. It's too early in the morning to deal with people like you. I'm like what did I do? Tell me so I fix it. She said go or I call the cops. I was never being treated fairly. They kicked me out. They threaten me with the cops. They called the cops on me and I was out very sad, even though I drove very long to go there and buy my supply.
Replying to owner. You have the audacity yet to accuse customers and not make things work out, look at the way you replied it reflects your personality. No wonder why you guys rank ZERO in the neighborhood. Thanks for telling the truth that you guys called cops on customers that don't show your ID because of your behavior and asking them rudely.
