I am a regular customer at Maple Green Leaf Dispensary and felt compelled to share my extremely disappointing experiences with staff here—this is now the second time I have been publicly disrespected by the same employees.
Today, I realized before reaching security that I'd forgotten my second piece of ID. The security woman denied me entry, which I completely accepted as store policy. I asked my friend, who was right behind me in line, if she could buy my order. Instead, a supervisor rushed over and loudly scolded me in front of the entire queue, treating me like a criminal. As an adult woman nearly 30 years old, I found this public humiliation deeply upsetting.
This isn't the first time either—I have been subject to harsh and disrespectful treatment by these same staff members before. There's a blatant inconsistency in their ID checks; weekday staff almost always ask for just one piece, and other dispensaries I visit near work recognize regulars and never treat anyone like this.
After this incident, I called the store to ask for the name of the employee involved. Not only did she refuse to give it to me, but she told me the dispensary wouldn't be serving me any more! I rely on cannabis for legitimate medical and anxiety reasons, and the lack of compassion and professionalism displayed here is unacceptable. Looking online, I see I'm not the only one to have dealt with rude behavior at this location.

Thursday night at 7:00pm...Rainy and Dark late October night. Line up out the door about 5 minutes wait time. However, the GEU is on strike and this place is open for business and Busy so I am Super Happy. Called ahead re: product availability, SUPER friendly and Extremely helpful staff greeted me and did not Rush my call at all. A++. I will DEFINITELY be returning as Soon as tomorrow! 😊
RUINED MY DAY.
I went to the store today around 4:20 and this staff put a false allegations on me that I talked to somebody outside and helping em to get weed even I didn't know what I want as I don't smoke much. I asked them to check the cameras and make sure they refused the services. Stupid security overhead they said.

The staff are super friendly and always take the time to give great recommendations based on what you're looking for. They're very knowledgeable and make everything easy to understand, which is really helpful. The product quality is consistently excellent, and the selection has something for everyone. The atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable, making every visit a great experience. I Always leave higher than my expectations 🤪

This place has character, and a lot of characters shop here. It is, what it is. I guarantee they get watched a lot by the powers-that-be, so they can't take any risks of serving underaged customers.
I enjoy coming here. It's always interesting.
