Sold faulty product, wouldn't process returns. Manager wouldn't come in to help employee who couldn't exchange. Had my service multiple times a week but now actively telling people to avoid this place.
Won't return, avoid shopping and go to Inspire or Mood, they're right beside them.
I had a great experience in the store. Brenna was super friendly and knowledgeable about the products and answered all of my questions.

Great selection and expertise by staff
The owners treat their staff terribly in my opinion and I won't shop there anymore. Mood is close by, has long term employees and has the best selection of local craft cannabis in Nanaimo.
