Place is a total vibe if you like getting treated like you are stupid. Went in the other day with a couple of questions, and the girl working there was straight up rude and couldn't have been more dismissive with the constant eye-rolling and sighing. I ended up getting something small just to get out of there, then hit up the dispensary down the street for what I actually needed

I've been a regular for over a year and after this week, I'm never going back. I went in on my lunch break to pick up a few things earlier this week and saw a staff member throwing a fit, it was so awkward. This isn't the first incident as I've also seen employees on their phones while the store is busy, and had online orders canceled right when I showed up among other small things. The high prices just aren't worth it anymore since it's no longer convenient, so disappointed.

When this place first open, it was good even with the high prices, but it keeps going downhill and now the staff have horrible attitudes. Especially one young female "assistant manager", that she was so proud of declaring hahahah .Think they be smoking the product they are selling lol 🫡

I have gone here since they opened and have been loyal to them, even with their prices being high. The staff used to be amazing! Helping me learn about the different products and used to be very knowledgeable. Now… I feel like they are zoned out and don't care (idk if they are high or just don't care). I ask questions and get "I don't use these products because they are too weak for me" and get treated like my ID is fake every time. I get they want to see the ID as it's a pretty expensive fine if they don't, but I don't get why we have to go through the whole run down of seeing if it's fake when the same person has seen it hundreds of time's. It's just another small thing that keeps adding up in the pile.…Ultimately I chose this location regardless of price because they had the best service Iv ever seen from a dispensary. it's now just as bad as the rest and it's sad to see. I will be taking my personal and professional business elsewhere.
