Don't order delivery if you mess up with your informations like first name or last name they will canceled your orders without confirming it with you and you have to wait for your refund for 5 business days then a different guy said 5-10 business days and yet I still have not received my money two weeks came by a different guy AGAIN said oh it's actually between 5-12 days! Always different people with different answers they all lies and lies

Excellent customer service! My girlfriend was having extreme pain and inflammation and she just knew she wanted a THC Oil. The guy who picked up my call was extremely patient and helpful. He heard my concerns for almost an hour or so and then recommended me to buy Frank cbd oil which is working tremendously. I think his name was Adi but not sure. Just wanted to say thank you!

It's wild how many still support places that mistreat staff. A 1.9-star rating from current and former employees says it all. But keep funding it! They ignore experienced, qualified applicants on purpose—ignorance is easier to control. Edit: I know people from the Langley location who had nothing good to say, and others with actual cannabis retail experience who were overlooked so you could hire someone with zero. Not naming names, but it's a pattern. High turnover, constant complaints about toxic management and drama. Stop with the fake online image and fix the real issues. Multiple staff have spoken about bullying, power trips, and being treated like "creatures" by owners. At least 6 people have left in the last 2 years and left reviews on Indeed. That doesn't include others who quit quietly, warning everyone else to avoid UEM too. Was a customer, haven't supported since as I can't support a business treating their staff badly! Keeping a few staff for a few years also doesn't mean at all, that the workplace couldn't be toxic.

Absolute rip off. Forgot my vape battery and unfortunately came here. Was charged almost $28 for a Kodo battery. EVERYWHERE else has them for $16 or under. Guy tried to explain the high price due to the vape tax…there is no vape tax on the batteries!!! I was in a rush and didn't have time to shop around. All flash and no substance at UEM

I have had a fairly great experience with the bud tenders that have helped me out whenever I stop by for some prerolls on occasion but theres this other guy who works there i think a manager maybe who has a super off putting angry aura who always watches our interactions with some very judgemental expressions and body language. Kinda makes me feel unwelcome sometimes when he's there. I feel bad for the employees
