Update: The owner did reach out and apologize and there was resolution made after hearing about the incident with the one staff which was really appreciated. The worst customer service experience we've ever had. The lady on shift was extremely rude, not helpful and didn't know anything about the products they carried. Refused to help us and was annoyed when we asked questions about some of the products. From the moment we walked in she had an attitude and didn't act like she wanted to be there.
