It's been a long time comin', but it's finally here!
Our journey into the cannabis industry started in 2012 when we purchased both Mary Janes Headquarters locations in Kelowna and West Kelowna. Making the transition from employee to entrepreneur was a huge learning curve and one hell of a ride. Our goal was to make the make shopping experience a fun, chilled; yet informative and organized experience. We quickly realized how in-depth the cannabis industry and its connoisseurs were! The science is fascinating and people are looking for very specific ways to indulge – not to mention the accessory manufacturers are getting pretty creative!
As there are many different ways of consuming cannabis and our clients want good recommendations for the best-proven quality, at different price points for every one of them. So we expanded, and expanded, and expanded. Basically, we carry a whole hell of a lot of cool stuff ?

Because I was already at the end of my rope yesterday, my vape quit on me/caught my curse and the manager Travis not only had it replaced in under 2 hours but also had it brought to my door along with a few extras.
The biggest thing was he went above and beyond for me and found a solution that I in no way had to fight for and you don't see that much anymore, anywhere....especially when I wasn't in the most stable of moods and probably excruciating to deal with.
Regardless, anytime I've had to call the store any staff member has been great so whoever decided to put Travis in charge knew what they were doing. They may not deliver as late and be further away from me but I'll never go anywhere else now. You can't put a price on amazing customer service.
Fantastic customer service every time I visit, no matter who is helping me. Today was the first time I had vape that didn't work and immediately I was given a refund and ask what else I could be helped with. Always the the best here. Closest to home, most like home.
Just wanted to come here and leave a review/shoutout to the gentleman working last night around 9:30pm (August 28th, 2025) I went in looking for something specific and when they were out of stock, he gave me a brilliant alternative suggestion, that ended up being better than what I went in for, and for $2 less than what I was originally going to buy. We then proceeded to have a great conversation about several other products, all of which he had extensive knowledge of. Super rare to experience in my opinion and I was very grateful. The lady working in there at the same time was also super helpful when I was in there last, so shoutout to you as well! It's great to know Cheeba Cheebas hires staff that actually know and care about the products they're selling. I appreciate you both! Much love! 💚ðŸ™
My local shop, always has something for me even if they are out of my favorite strains. Well informed and friendly staff always willing to answer any questions I may have. Great prices and selection, I recommend to everyone.
Bought a product that was new for me and had a few questions... two days later...which might not be typical. However the team said come in & we'll help you figure stuff out. Long story short, I left with a big smile on my face today & another great product. These guys/gals have great customer service & are true to their word when it comes to their products. If you're concerned at all about anything product wise, express yourself & you shall not be disappointed at Cheeba Cheeba in Rutland. Thx guys! I'll be back!
