The girl with glasses and tattoos on hand (not the skinny one) is extremely rude. I forgot my ID, which is my bad, she could have refused to make a sale politely. She rather chose to be extremely rude about it like I am forcing her to make a sale. Also, whats the point of having an account here if you have to ask for ID every time. The store makes an account only after checking customers' IDs. So is it not obvious that he/she is a returning customer and they are obviously not growing younger. Pointless and stupid, lol.
Don't waste your money here. I paid $100 for a bag of buds advertised as high THC only to find when I got home, the product was not as advertised & tasted gross, burning Black ash. It was absolute garbage. I called to ask about returning the product & a refund. They refused. Terrible service.
Cheapest place in town for what I want. Customer service is great. I'll be a regular here.
I have only been to this store a handful of times, each time I was sent in by my husband, since it's out of the way for him but on the way home from work for me. I have had a pleasant experience each time, the staff have always been very helpful and friendly, until today. I went in around 3-3:30pm today and asked the cashier (dyed red hair and lip piercings) about a certain brand that my husband wanted me to pick up. Right off the bat, she seemed annoyed. They didn't have the amount in the brand my husband wanted, so I asked more questions, even apologized for asking so many questions, and the cashier was still pretty standoff-ish. I eventually picked a brand and thanked her for all her help and was met with literal silence and her face spoke volumes on how annoyed she seemed. I told my husband about this and, from the description I gave him, it seems he had a similar interaction with the same employee.
Don't waste your fuel or energy on these kiddos, store around the corner is much more helpful AND made a sale. When your till ladies can't even recite a phone number for an account used VERY often in your system, do you actually want them pushing your customers away over an almost 40 year old day, likely twice theirs?
