I was there a few times early 930 and the last time 10 informed he was late today and nothing on shelves, so I had asked him for what I was looking for and of coarse didn't have it, pretty much anything I ask for you don't have according to him,he even looks on computer and aren't getting any in order coming either, so I said I'll probably come back later when he has product on shelves. Can you believe I come back later and there it is. I'm guessing I'm bothering him when I come the first time, he has done this to me several times. I guess he's not interested in making a sale seeing he only works there. He has no customer service at all. I've been coming there since you have opened l like the product and the prices. It's unfortunate that he doesn't realize with out customers he wouldn't have a job he should not act like we're bothering him. Be nice if he found a new job. The rest of the staff are helpful and friendly, i hate having to deal with him.
The staff behavior is very rude. Specially the manager. Been going to this store for last two years. Just this time i got a faulty cartridge which leaking or not burning properly so it was creating a burnt test. I went there to tell me my experience and see if they can do something about it! They became very defensive and telling me about all their policy. Well I also have policy never going to a business where long term customer gets treated badly.
I've been to the store many times now over the last 3 months, generally pretty ok but…. I do get quite annoyed in there due to the lack of urgency to help customers. Every time I'm in there and there is a line up and it gets big and long and the lack of urgency to help get the customers through is frustrating, especially when there is one person at the till and 2 walking around the back putting stock away or something, customers are priority. This one person is answering questions, going out to point out and answer questions! IT is extremely frustrating.
Also I get it so don't respond some "it's the" , asking for 2 pieces of ID for everyone is ridiculous!! I've been in many many many shops including Government, I'm 45 and the staff recognizes me and still need to see it! Cmon! That's stupid!
Every time we go in to grab stuff, the staff are always helpful offering suggestions on products they like, or use if something I am looking for is no longer carried or they are just out of it at the time
