Never have I got a cart from this place that works properly. But when it usually stops working, their 2 week return policy is over. Feels like a deliberate scam. Carts burn and give up half way through. Overpriced junk imo. Can get better quality online for half the price.
I was a regular customer at this store till my this experience will not be returning. I went in and bought my stuff, paid for it, and then picked up another one to purchase. I was short just 30 cents in cash, so I started checking for change and was about to pay with my card.
While I was doing that, the guy with sunglasses who was working there from whom i was making a purchase started laughing and said, You have to pay for it this and that extremely rude and humiliating in way totally disrespectful. I had just made a purchase and was clearly about to pay. His attitude was completely disrespectful and unprofessional. I felt humiliated and left the store immediately, the guy kept laughing even after i was walking away out of store.
Terrible customer service, very disappointed and won't be coming back and recommending everyone to stay away from getting terrible customer service like this.
Good store, staff is very chill!! Im not sure id the security guard has the right to ID people without a valid license in that store, but I dont work for the government just a mental note! Just a mental note from someone who has worked and managed multiple bars, liquor stores and worked at cannabis stores, the suggestion i got at the till was great!!! Edit: I made sure to give a high rating because most of the bad reviews are due to not having 2 peices, that is the law! Getting ID is part of it! I just think anyone asking for ID should be sure to have a valid license, or let them be security, I did ask and he said no, but I just can't be sure if he understood me!! Even he was kind!! No hate here at all!
I've been a regular customer at this store, but I'm extremely disappointed with the way I was treated by the manager, April Petrie. Despite being a daily customer, I was met with rude and unprofessional behavior that clearly shows a lack of basic customer service skills.
Managers should set an example, not drive loyal customers away. Unfortunately, April Petrie's attitude is a major loss for this store and reflects poorly on the entire team. I hope proper training is provided so future customers don't have the same experience.
My guy Antonio knew exactly how to help when I came in with a little issue and just like always he pulled through like all the staff do at this place, its a good environment and I love coming here to not only support them but also say whats up to the guys.
