We are a licensed cannabis retail company with our first store opened in Courtenay, BC. We have opened our second store at 1710 Robson Street and our third store in Nanaimo, BC. As licensed stores in the new legal market, our goal is to set a standard for cannabis retail by redefining the experience of purchasing cannabis and helping dissolve the negative stigma associated with the industry.

It had a bunch falling out the end and even with refilling it, it looked to be missing almost half the blunt. Not filled well, and did not notice anything more than if we smoked a basic doob. At just pushing $40.00, we were Very disappointed in this particular project. 😒
I really enjoyed coming here regularly- staff is informative and friendly, except for one. The tall Dark guy, very mellow... I've experienced him last 3 times I visit and he doesn't listen fully and is in a hurry to ring you up- I like asking questions of product and he had zero interest in telling me details and just ask if I want it or not. I'm thinking I will make the drive to white rock where bloom used to be - they have higher edibles and customer service Is always tops and welcoming. He also only smiles and greets the pretty ladies and stares at them while taking care of the other customer, so gross. Other than him the rest have been so friendly and ready to help. PEACE.
I placed an order after 12am n well n stone mode, I clicked on my delivery for oday but because it was after 12am, I would have recieved it tomorrow. Abdus was so kind to confirm if I really meant tomorrow for my delivery or today. So Happy and satisfied with the service Abdus provided for me since I had nothing left. Thank you again Abdus. Fantastic customer service. I have been going here since they opened. Today when ordering for delivery it wouldn't put the order through online and I had to call the store. I had a bad day already and was frustrated and rude on the phone. The staff were super helpful and helped sort it out and gave me some store merch as a perk. I really didn't deserve that after getting upset and I appreciate their understanding and kindness. I highly recommend this store.
As a customer for years. And yes had a few bad ones to complain about. I will say Inspired has always immediately contacted me and made a real conversation about the product and wanted to know how to rectify. All the staff are the very knowledgeable and we enjoy the place. Thanks for the service âï¸
