I go to a lot of dispo's, and the Kure has always been a favourite! Recently I went in, and was helped by their new hire Darcy! She was super sweet, knew the answers to all of my silly questions, and gave me great recommendations for new things to try! Huge shout out to the manager for your new hire, your staff is amazing! I am a long time fan of the Kure. I went in on May 18th, 2025 and was helped by a charming young man by the name of Noah. Professional, knowledgeable and very friendly … I have complete confidence in all his recommendations. I'm a senior and have trouble with the ever changing technology and Noah has been extremely patient and kind with me. An amazing employee and as a customer I appreciate Noah so much. Great job!

Had a family emergency, spent 5 days in hospital Upon release my new cart was shattered Went to speak to the cashier about replacing or anything And was treated as if I was trying to scam them Overall great place. Good product, horrible customer relations Not even mad about the fact I could not replace my brand cart that was broken ,just need to buy carts elsewhere I suppose

The lady who works here needs an attitude adjustment. She's in customer service. If greeting customers in a friendly manner is too much then maybe she shouldn't be in this field? Passing on crappy vibes to chill customers isnt where its at. Couldn't even give a recommendation when asked.
