Before i give this review i do have to say that every other employee has been lovely and i come here all the time because they have lovely customer service, however tonight the lady with the long blonde hair and the really cool green smashing pumpkins shirt made me feel stupid and annoying for literally asking a simple question. i walk in there and ask for a recommendation for some .5G hybrid prerolls that'll make me calm or something idk, chill me out, and she cuts me off to say, in a very annoyed tone mind you, "I can't give you a recommendation on feeling, hybrids are over there" and then just goes back to what she's doing. I've asked this question at other dispensaries, even at this dispensary and been given a kind, informative answer while also being warned that i may not get the same effect, it's very easy to give an answer like this without making the customer feel like an inconvenience for simply existing in the store.
Got there at 6:55 and the doors were already locked.Even though it said open till 7
Good location.. other then the girl working on May 30th at 8:25pm who seemed to really avoid greeting customers. I said hello twice and she just looked up and looked back down at her phone.
Like trying to suck a golf ball through a garden hose. Last 4 visits to this dispensary for pre-rolls (different brand) I usually just flower here at the location
But I get lazy and don't really wanna roll my own weed so sometimes I buy pre-rolls, I won't be getting them here anymore, I don't really care about price or how much THC is it all I want is to actually be able to pull some smoke through. I did do with the staff of the dispensary suggested and if you have an issue with the pre-roll because they can't do anything in store for it to contact the company. I have contacted all the different cannabis companies and the only one that actually got back to me, sent me a five dollar Tim Hortons gift card three weeks later
The manager of this dispenser gave me a call to see what my issue was. I found him to be a little blunt, defensive and not very agreeable during this conversation. He just kept repeating the issue was my problem.
So needless to say, I'll be going back to an indigenous store for my products. Because I like to smoke weed not burn fancy incenses.
2 stars cause the rest of the staff and facilities are clean.
This is a great store ! Super clean , bright and fully loaded !
The fellow who helps me had so much infor to share with me , which was rad because I don't know a lot about canibis .
He took his time to shop me a lot of options and he even told b about some of his favourites .
A really nice experience ! I will go to this store again !
