This is also a complaint on customer service. I went there to buy pre rolled product and I looked at the board and decided on two of them, one being a pack of the Solei slims. I made sure to read the board and this product did not have a straight cut label beside it and under THC column said there was around 18% in it. I found out when I got home that these were all false advertisements. Not only was it a straight cut it was also only CBD. I went back to the store on Sunday (of course I don't save my receipt) and told the same guy who served me the day before saying I wanted to replace those as I didn't realize they were a CBD joint and his response was "oh yeah there's nothing in those they're weak as hell" so not only was your product falsely advertised the worker knew this and inform me even though he knew what they were but I only knew there was 18%THC as per your guys' boards. I'm beyond frustrated and disappointed. Won't be back. Lucid may be a little pricier but at least you can be assured you're not being ripped off and taken advantage of.
The staff working there today were very unfriendly to my mom and I and were not helpful at all . Maybe tell your staff to treat people better and more friendlier. Dude was a bigger white man with a beard so be aware if you stop here !
Came in looking for 1:1 edibles today. Was sold 4:1 edibles by older lady that insisted they were 1:1. She was also very unprofessional and calling her coworkers lazy after finding an empty box in a drawer.
Here to second Josh's review. This insolent skunk haired kid gave me such an attitude right after he was so kind to the customer ahead of me
After I picked What I wanted when I asked him he went and grabbed it. Then with cash in my hand ….. he says "oh we can't take cash".
"What am I supposed to do if I don't have my card and all I have is cash in my pocket?"
He gave me a smart ass remark and said well then you have to pay with a card or I cannot serve you. And then he said " I've told everyone that comes in here. I cannot take cash"
So after I pick what I want to come to the counter and he brings it out I've already had cash in my hand at this point and then he comes to the counter and says yeah I can't take cash because I've already cashed out. It's like 10 minutes till 10 o'clock. So technically you're still open for 10 minutes.
He also said he already cashed out, during his shift?
What if I was about to drop 1000 bucks at the store in cash like does it really matter Noah?
I've noticed many bad reviews stating precisely the afternoon shift. The morning shift, with the big guy is great!
Afternoon shift you'll either get the cranky old lady or bitchy skunk boy, who is pissed he has to work at a weed shop till 10 PM on a Sunday.
I physically cannot go to the store any longer because if that kid spoke to me the same way I'd bust his 🤓
Also heard that Manager Jen is very unorganized and should start putting up signs that state only cash after 9:30PM on Sunda ..
