I came in and bought $100 worth of disposables. I was sold cartridges that need some sort of battery. I could only notice this once I open them obviously. So I phoned them yesterday and he wasn't overly kind but he said he'll give me a free battery to smoke what they accidentally sold me and hung up on me l!!!!! I wasn't being rude. I was just asking for compensation. Clearly he said it was he was gonna put it on my account and didn't!!! And he knew today would happen And of course it did Today I went to go get my free battery and the little chick there said they don't give away free batteries and I said it'll be on my account in the notes and she said it not and basically said I'm not giving you 10 minutes. I never complain and I'm not a hard person to deal with, but I'm actually shocked at this place. Both employees were so rude and over eight dollars. They wanna fight over all of this but I lost 100 and something dollars over this. I loved this place until they hired young punks who don't give a hoot. Terrible terrible terrible customer service unfortunately because their product is great.
I'm disappointed. I'm sitting outside the store at 9:55. She's turned the open sign off and she's in there emptying all the cupboards and drawers and pretending that it's past 10 and it's not. South St. Albert. You can do better!
Recently bought a refill cartridge, and for first time it didn't work. Went straight back to exchange for one that works and was given nothing but attitude from whomever helped me, going to assume the manager. Mind you I was just there 5-10 minutes ago, didn't take a receipt so the associate Sonya threw the receipt away for me. They refused to exchange due to the fact I didn't physically have a copy of the receipt as they couldn't prove it was me who purchased. After some back and forth arguing about having no receipt/proof of purchase, they were able to pull up my recent purchases from the phone number given. Needless to say, no attitude should have been given as this is no way to speak to paying customers, customer service can be tough and I understand policies/procedures but when someone who's a team leader tells me I'm "SOL" and need to contact the manufacture is beyond disappointing. Do better Canna Cabana. Thumbs all the way down!
I stopped shopping here when they came out with an exclusive club you need to pay for to be able to buy any of the good shit. Haven't looked back since. Value buds for life
They always have great stock and the prices no one else can beat! And customer service is always amazing. It's definitely my go to place.
