Great prices and selection. Staff are very knowledgeable.....and if they don't have any experience with a product, they say so without trying to push it.
I only shop value buds. Never had issues with any location. Actually I've left 5 star reviews for most locations But not this one. I will drive by this location. I actually drive by several times a day for work but will travel farther just to get great customer service somewhere else. And if it was just one staff member who was not trained properly and rude i could work with that. But it's not. It's seems to be most of the staff. I've been in other locations and as soon as I mention the issues I had with another store they immediately know it was this location. And most can guess the staff member I had the joy of dealing with. 🙄 being famous for being rude isn't how you wanna be remembered. Do better. If a customer calls and asks a simple yes or no questions...answer the question with a yes or no. Don't go on about how you can't tell our age on the phone. My age (which is 47 btw) doesn't matter on the phone. It matters If i come in to buy something. I didn't ask thc levels. All I ever ask is do you have xyz product in stock yes or no. Don't ask the strain. Don't ask the thc Just a simple yes or no do you have xyz. This is actually permitted by the aglc. Yes or no questions and answers.

They never have stock and the website is difficult to navigate with the minimal search options compared to other stores with similar price points. I order online and they can never find my order.
I asked for 3 different items which were advertised on the menu and they didn't have any of the items requested.
They were literally out of half the items on the menu. Maybe this location should update the menu as they run out of items.
As I asked for several different items, and they were out of every single thing I asked for.
