This place used to be super nice and easy to get a quick purchase in, but the past couple of times I've gone in, the front cabinets are stocked full and super messy and now the workers waste time coming out from behind the counter to get products out of those cabinets. Wish they hadn't changed it.
Like others have already mentioned, dealing with the staff here is really a gamble. I asked about some product and the one employee held it behind the counter, without letting go of it. I get being weary of thieves and all that, but how am I expected to see size 3 font from 5 feet away?
Not only that, just holier-than-thou attitude and being unhelpful. I asked about a few products and was just given a curt "oh I wouldn't know that"; so then why don't we just have vending machines for this stuff? Where's the value-add from talking to an employee?
Needless to say, I will not be visiting this location again. I've been treated way better at all other Value Buds locations in the city.
Closes early while keeping their online ordering system open so drove all the way there and wasted my time and my gas on my birthday just to be greeted with a really rude associate. Than poses like a goof for the camera after refusing to take customers during their advertised listed hours that they state on their door and online that they're open for. I'll definitely be reporting this location and their associate in this photo. Flips us off than poses with the peace sign. Great staff they hire.

If you're in the parking lot and need to grab is really the only time I'd recommend or visit this place. If you're leaving from your house I'd recommend literally anywhere else, and there are lots of options within walking distance. Why put things on your menu that you don't have yet or run out of? Every other value buds seems to understand the logic that if you run out erase it, if you don't have it yet put it on the menu when you have it. It's a dry erase board it's not like you're printing out paper, and most of the time the disposable vapes aren't on the menu and if they are it's not everything they have. They must have run out of space putting things that don't exist on the menu. When you ask a staff member to go through the brands and prices you always get some kind of an attitude. Here's a thought? Have an accurate menu, it's a friggin dry erase board, the easiest thing to maintain. Most places have paper menus and they are way more accurate. Either the staff is lazy or the owner or manager just like making things more difficult on the customer. When you're in a province that's loaded with cannabis stores you should at least try and be up to par, not just take the fact you have a great location and think that's good enough. This place is literally the Walmart of the cannabis world lol.
Also this is a thing that bugs me with all value buds, when you say "their price" who are you talking about? lol most store are cheaper than value buds anyways. One day this p ..
