Since 2009 we’ve been dreaming up spaces for Cannabis lovers to feel at home. As smokers ourselves, we were sick and tired of sketchy alleys leading to bargain basements that made us feel like we were doing something wrong.
Canadians deserved something better, and so we opened our first Smoker’s Corner head shop in downtown Calgary that same year. Finally a bright, clean, welcoming place where marijuana enthusiasts could gather and geek out about cannabis culture – weed, bongs, pipes, vaporizers and yes… even getting high!
After legalization, we knew we wanted to bring that same vibe to selling legal Cannabis (man, sometimes we still can’t believe it).
Canna Cabana was created for people who loved weed (still do) and want to buy it, smoke it, and talk about it in a playful, safe environment. We call that a Cabana and we built it for you!

Came in for a cart and joints not really knowing what I was looking for and was helped so much! I was helped my Paul who explained everything to me about each product and was super helpful. Made my day!
Last night was the first time shopping at this store and I won't be coming back. When I first entered no one was around and took some time for them to come out from the back. The employee was not very knowledgeable about the products you sell and was rude when we started asking questions. She checked our ID's but unfortunately my wife's was expired, my card was fine. She told us that she could not sell us anything and kicked us out. On the way out she made a comment to my wife about the expired ID saying she hopes that she does not get caught driving with her card even though it's not a drivers license it's just a personal ID. I understand not selling anything to my wife because her card was expired but to kick us both out is not reasonable. A expired card still shows how old you are and their was nothing wrong with my ID. With how many weed shops that are in this town you should be training your staff to have better customer service and at least something about the products. I will continue to shop at the store I normally go to because they are friendly and know about the product that they carry, the only reason I didn't go to them last night is because they didn't have what I was looking for this time and your horrible store was the only one with it in the area. I won't make that mistake again.
Went in to grab some doobies, and the girl working there couldn't recommend ANYTHING, as she DOESN'T SMOKE WEED!!!! And the look she gave me when I asked which was a better high…. Sorry but if you don't smoke weed, or don't have an interest in it, you shouldn't be working at a weed store!!!!

The chubby alternative worker with the deep voice is absolutely horrible I came in just over a week ago probably the 6-7 of July and they were distracted, dismissive, and rude. I'm also an alternative person and tried to compliment their makeup and they were just on their phone barely acknowledging me. I usually don't complain about customer service workers but this person was atrocious. When they got off their phone they were loud and obnoxious but not in a fun bubbly way just in a look at me I need attention way.
