The lady working there with the glasses isn't very welcoming. She should probably take a course in good customer service. When asking her about certain products she'd just say "no we don't have that" wouldn't recommend other products or anything, she'd just say "no" then just asked the other customer in the store what they wanted. Thankfully the guy came out from the back and helped me because I did NOT want to have to deal with her again. When your store is full of products that change constantly it should be the employees job to help me find what I'm looking for, not just move on to someone else when I'm taking longer than she'd have liked. She has nowhere to be but in that store so why be so eager to not make a sale? As someone that has shopped there regularly for 3 years now and had an elite membership, I've never had such an awful experience than I did dealing with her.

Never Answers Calls and if you keep calling or continue to wait until they Answer they hang up!. Which is Rude and not to mention looks bad on the business. I'll take my business to Value buds from now on!.

Amazing deals here. I have Elite, so even more savings. Staff here are gems, dealing with some of Lethbridges finest 🤪 customers. I could only imagine!!
