It's a weed store with really good pricing! It's not the worst place. They get robbed every other week it seems but I have personally never seen any wrongdoings. Sometimes the self serv machine is inaccurate. Staff are really nice people!
5 Stars - Amazing Customer Service!
Kandy at the shop was incredible! Not only is she super friendly and knowledgeable, but she went above and beyond by lending me her charger when I needed it. Her kindness and positive energy really made my day. She's truly a great person and provides exceptional customer service. I'll definitely be coming back thanks to her! Highly recommend visiting and seeing Kandy for any help you need.
Kandy and Ian were amazing, extremely knowledgeable and took the time to talk us through everything we wanted to buy and we had a some great chats and jokes too! Best weed shop and canna cabana I've been to by far! Thanks so much guys
I came to this location to check it out, as it's pretty close to home, and was blown away by the customer service skills from your employee Pat. He was extremely knowledgeable on all things cannabis. He explained how different cannabinoids interact with several receptors in your body, answered every question with confidence, described the science behind cannabis, and was extremely patient and respectful when I couldn't decide on what product I wanted. He even convinced me to sign up as a member once he explained how much money I could save annually. Overall, I'm very impressed with this interaction and I'm convinced that I want to make this location my local store.
They have zero customer awareness. They will let a store pile up with 10 customers and spend 15 mins per customer. I get some people need more help, but not even a 'hi ill be with you'
other customers will jump in front of you when you're waiting because they're tired of waiting.
They can't find a simple sku for a bowl. Then they give up and say go somewhere else, no replacement or anything then go to serve someone else.
This establishment used to be good but now they are an embarrassment. Anyone that had skill left a long time ago and only replaced with stupidity and ignorance. Especially the part where I overheard Pat say his wife is a customer service specialist; the irony is he is the opposite.
Whoever let this store get so bad needs to be fired.
