You're Always Welcome At Canna Cabana!
Since 2009 we’ve been dreaming up spaces for Cannabis lovers to feel at home. As smokers ourselves, we were sick and tired of sketchy alleys leading to bargain basements that made us feel like we were doing something wrong.
Canadians deserved something better, and so we opened our first Smoker’s Corner head shop in downtown Calgary that same year. Finally a bright, clean, welcoming place where marijuana enthusiasts could gather and geek out about cannabis culture – weed, bongs, pipes, vaporizers and yes… even getting high!
After legalization, we knew we wanted to bring that same vibe to selling legal Cannabis (man, sometimes we still can’t believe it).
Canna Cabana was created for people who loved weed (still do) and want to buy it, smoke it, and talk about it in a playful, safe environment. We call that a Cabana and we built it for you!

You are supposed to inhale the smoke from pre roll except this one here. I tried hard of me to correctly inhale from the blunt (was making sure if I'm on fault) but ngl this product was a trash nothing more than that. Next part is also hilarious that when I went to the store with my concern the store employee was not ready to give any satisfactory answers even saying I can't do anything in this. Canna Cabana isn't a local shop it's a big chain. If they are deliberately selling bogus products this is insane. May be someone will look and act.
Conveniently located right off highway, pleasant and very helpful staff. Lots of inventory at any price point. Highly recommend

I've been a regular customer at Canna Cabana in Canmore for the past couple of years and have always had positive experiences until today. I went in to buy a single joint, something very straightforward. About seven minutes later, I came back to purchase a box. This time, another staff member, who had been present the first time, told me they couldn't sell to me because they "felt uncomfortable" and assumed I might be buying to sell to someone else.
Honestly, this felt like an unfounded accusation and completely unfair. I had valid ID, as always, and there was no reason for them to jump to such a conclusion. It was an extremely unpleasant experience, especially since I've always trusted this store and felt welcome in the past.
The customer service was terrible on this occasion. Two women, likely around thirty five years old, were working at the time. I've never had issues with the previous staff, but these employees left a very negative impression. As a Canna Cabana member, I expect more professional and respectful treatment.
Emily the shift manager told my girlfriend that I had to leave the pub to present my ID. I did so and then was still refused service because I had ONE beer and she could smell it. I understand if I was falling over, slurring my words ect but I wasn't. I have a proserve too and it clearly states that service should be denied if the customer is obviously handicapped, not based off smell alone. Ridiculous and rude service from a jobsworth having a bad night
