This place is permanently closed, and has been since the summer. 'Hours may be incorrect'? I GUESS! Do not come here, unless you need something at Shoppers in the plaza, or some Starbucks (it's one of the good ones).

The store is fine, my issue is that it's closed every time I show up, Little frustrating when it says they're open, you walk there and they're closed.

13th floor elbow drive is the best cannabis store I've ever been to. The staff (Nita, Janel and the manager Megan ) are wonderful company and great conversationalists. Would definitely recommend this store to anyone! 10/10!!!
