The Employees here are always so knowledgable and Friendly. I always get what I need and leave happily here, plus the good savings.

Staff is always nice and friendly, great discounts for members (free sign up).
The most miserable sales experience I have ever went through, staff refused to leave the till to come over and show me any products as I didn't know what I was looking for.
This is exactly why I stick to my "guy" vape stores and real Heady Shops.

Never had a negative, or even moderate experience here. All of the staff is excellent in their honesty and recommendations, however the most recent person I dealt with had unmatched knowledge! A huge thank you to Thomas today for being above the already fantastic standards

ITS A SCAM
this location upsold me on a $30 membership to buy they supposedly "premium" products and proceeded to sell me the dryest 1.5g of prerolls ove ever purchased, for $20 at that. When I inquired about having the product replaced or credited, they werent able to accomadate my request with any remediation. When I asked about getting my money back for the subscription, they said i would have to inquire with a manager. The staff proceeded to take my name phone number and email, however I never heard back about having been RIPPED OFF.
WILL NOT SHOP HERE FROM NOW ON. POOR QUALITY CANNABIS AT THE HIGHEST PRICES YOULL SEE.
