Came here to get weed and right when I pulled in this tall male employee shut and locked the door and I asked are you closed and he said no I have to eat and locked the door and ignored me as I said I drove 30 minutes… it would of taken 5 minutes to serve me if that and you could of kept the closed sign on the door as you knew I drove thirty minutes out of town. Bad customer service.

Extremely disappointing customer service experience. I'm extremely upset with how I was treated. The staff were completely unprepared and seemed incompetent in handling my issue. I was overcharged, and although a refund was issued to my credit card, the $200 is now tied up and unusable. They did absolutely nothing to resolve the situation or offer meaningful help. To make things worse, I couldn't even get the names of the people I spoke with. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had.

Madison is my absolute favourite! She greets me with the most welcoming smile every time I walk through the door. I genuinely love coming into this location because of her, aswell as the all the other knowledgeable and super friendly staff members here. They really do go the extra mile to make you feel special:)
