I'm really disappointed that I've had to edit my review. I generally really love dealing with this store. There's a little older lady who I absolutely adore in the evenings (though I haven't seen her recently and it may make sense that guest service quality has dipped if she has left) I shop here exclusively but after my experience being spoken down to by staff while trying to clarify a question today I will not be returning. Makes sense why a new cannabis store is opened up down the way and able to keep up with the recent customer service experiences I've had in this store.

10/10 first time coming here, the store manager Britt was amazing! Very informative, super friendly and just all around great. Signed me up for a free membership and told me all about the product! Will definitely be coming back to four20 sometime soon
