Devan is absolutely incredible at what he does. He has so much knowledge and experience in cannabis it's insane! I love how he takes the time to explain a product. He goes above and beyond with customers and really pours his heart into what he does. It's awesome to see him in this shop flourishing. It's nice to see him shine in an environment who recognizes the hard work he puts in. I truly believe they hit a home run with him and he's incredibly valuable employee. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this shop. It's so fun and colourful and the vibes are impeccable. 🫶🏻 I enjoy the picturesque background you can take pics by, and the layout of the store. It's really inviting. Overall 10/10 experience staff is phenomenal and store is CLEAN CLEAN! I also love the fact they have a local authors books off to the side. Shawayne dunstan is an incredible poet. 🩷

As a local resident of Banff, I appreciate the reliable, knowledgeable, and friendly staff at Fire & Flower, which is why I continue to patronize this dispensary and prefer it over Canna Cabana in Banff, particularly after having multiple unpleasant encounters with a specific manager, commonly referred to as the "curly hair manager." Devan. Recently, I was disappointed to see this individual employed at Fire & Flower. In the interest of maintaining the excellent reputation of this establishment, I suggest that management exercise caution in their supervision of this employee. If management is unaware of his behavior, I recommend reviewing the Canna Cabana reviews, where he is frequently mentioned by name. My intention in sharing this feedback is not to disparage Fire & Flower but to emphasize the importance of maintaining the high standards that have earned this dispensary its exceptional reputation in Banff.
