RAW’s Black rolling papers are double-pressed so they’re extra thin. Made from a hybrid blend of unbleached (not chlorine-whitened) fibres such as flax and hemp, the paper is a translucent natural off-white colour. The acacia gum line is non-toxic, and  each paper features RAW’s patented crisscross watermark, which helps prevent runs and maintains the even-burning characteristics. All RAW papers are vegan-friendly with no additives. Available in three sizes: 1 1/4" (50 per pack), king-size slim (32 per pack) or 1 1/4" double window (100 per pack).

I've worked with HBI Canada for a number of years now with my very first Sales Associate, Kasha and now Sales Manager, Ashley. Both of them are wonderful to work with. I do not have any problem with my orders, but if I do, they are easily taken care of right away with politeness and professionalism. I fully understand the ordering and fulfillment process for a big company such as HBI. They are not some companies who has robots to do the job. HBI has actual people to pick and pack the orders. So I always give them lead times when ordering. Keep up the good work!!!
Stay away from this company!!! if you order through them, be prepared to wait TWO weeks for your products. Yes thats right. TWO WEEKS to ship from BC to Toronto. This company uses Canpar to deliver their packages and once they ship your package out, you're on your own! They take zero accountability and blame canpar for everything when clearly their processes need to be revamped. Do you like waiting an hour to speak to canpar? If not, stay clear away! This company currently takes one business day to "verify" your order. Yes thats right. ONE BUSINESS day to simply verify your order. Such a lazy team. Wow. One day to verify an order? After they verify, they create the label and have the package picked the NEXT DAY! Another lazy process. Thats two whole days from the time you order before the items are shipped out. Once shipped out the item is shipped via GROUND FROM BC and they charge you $30 for shipping!!! There are many other options out there that supply lighters etc for the same price. Save yourself the headaches AND wait time for your products, especially if you're in the east coast.
