This innovative vaporizer is designed with a durable, brushed aluminum shell exterior that offers four temperature settings with lip-sensing, motion-sensing, and auto-cooling technologies that self-optimize power and temperature during use. The stainless steel oven uses conduction heating and features 4 temperature settings between 360°F and 420°F. The chamber can hold approximately 0.4 g of dry herb and offers consistent, even heating of your cannabis. The PAX 2 comes with 2 mouthpiece options (raised or flat) and is available in platinum or charcoal colours.

Sad. They used to be a 5star operation. They no longer care about customer service at all. I've been corresponding with them over them sending my parents the wrong item and they literally ghosted us. I'm stuck with an expensive item I don't want and they couldn't possibly care less about our happiness. They sent the wrong item and will not exchange it. So now I'm telling everyone to buy at your own risk because this wonderful company (and back when I discovered them in 2013 they were wonderful!) has turned into a mindless money grabbing corporation who doesn't care at all if people are happy with them or not. So…here we are. My parents ordered the limited edition pax3 with the cat on it. They sent a pax 3 with some ugly party favors print. They basically said we were on our own because once you open the box, which only depicts a black device, you cannot return or exchange. If there is NO INDICATION on the box of what's inside…HOW ARE WE SUPPOSED TO KNOW ITS NOT THE RIGHT ONE unless we open the box????? I sent emails and filled in online forms and they just don't answer. I will never buy from them again. That's just horrible to do to people. Shame on you PAX! Oh, forgot to mention….THERE IS NO WAY TO SPEAK TO A PERSON at PAX. They, in keeping with the trend in America today, have taken away their customer service phone number. GONE!!! Can't talk to anyone at PAX. 😢 As you can see, the pic on the box and the description of what's inside says onyx device. So the gimmi ..

Great product but they've gone in their shell on the 10 yr warranties..I have 6 from over the yrs, all previously registered but now only 2 showing because why!? And its my job to "fix" the lost info issue when THEY lost it! And good luck even finding a link to get a human to respond. Disgusting

How can you offer a 10 year warranty on a Pax 3 and then refuse to replace it with another Pax 3?! The Pax Plus is an inferior product and its unacceptable to send one and tell me to just deal.
