Order from the website twice already to get some trays for my collection. Am very happy with my orders so far. Trays came very well packaged and damage free. Took a bit of time for processing order and delivery but I wasn't in a rush so wasnt a huge problem. Customer service was very helpful when I inquired about the delays to my order. I will definitely order from them again; you pay a little more but they actually take care in providing quality damage free products.
They don't ship you damaged products and hide behind their return policy like other distributors of the trays did.
Support is horrible, been waiting for a reply for over a week.
I ordered a vape from here, less than 5min later I emailed them and asked to cancel my order (following their cancelation/return policy well within its parameters) because I realized I made a mistake; they never got back to me and about a week later I got an email from them that they just processed and sent out the product.
I sent another email and said I had asked to cancel the order, and that what they were doing was a fraud/scam essentially, and re-iterated that I won't be signing for the item when it arrives since it required a signature, and that they need to get back to me about my return/refund. I was ignored, and so a few days later I called the corporate office.
A man answered and took down all the information and said he'll get it to the right people immediately and I'll hear back within a day, and since I had records of everything, everything was taken care of. I waited half a week, still nothing, and with the package being attempted to be delivered daily.
I called again, and this time told the woman representative I was connected with after I explained everything that I will be starting a dispute through my bank if I don't get a call back from their refund//relevant department that day, and she profusely apologized and said I'll be contacted within an hour.
They never got back to me, and for a couple weeks now my bank dispute I began has been processing. This company is scummy, simply put, posers and liars and interested in putting money before peop ..
Great stuff! Great quality, especially for the price. Shipping was quick. I love the Jay & Silent Bob Mystery pipes, makes me feel like a kid again. A big, very high kid. I purchased them for my store and had to re-order because I opened them all.
I ordered my stuff a month ago. Was told it got sent back to the sender and they would resend but still have not recieved anything. Very unhappy with this companies service. I will never buy a single thing from them. Keep emailing about getting my money back but now I am being ignored. Do not buy anything from this company. Not even sure if they are legit.
