The customer service i received in July was very lackluster compared to a recent experience of a friend. While they were polite, there was no attempt to keep me as a customer. I think people should know that it is not consistent customer care. My friend had an issue with a product out of warranty and was compensated very well and given a coupon also. My experience was vastly different. I was told bluntly that their inventory changes frequently and the few options that might've sufficed.  Yes I'm a touch salty about it but also want people to know that their customer service is erratic.
              
				I've been a fan of pulsar for about a year now and I've even recommended some of the devices that have worked for me to friends and family. Unfortunately, recently had an issue with an order I, one item was faulty and i needed it replaced but their team was super helpful and fast at getting back to me. I felt like I was actually being listened to and we even talked about what would be the best solutions to solve our issue. Overall I was extremely satisfied with the outcome. 10 / 10 would recommend/ buy again!!
              
				I have been a loyal customer for years. The equilibrium recycler rig is my favorite of all time!  Lol ...!!!  I have bought many excellent Pulsar products over the years. I like to switch it up, try new designs all the time. However, my most recent purchase was the fist time I've ever had a problem with an order. They are sending a replacement, no questions and no hassle. I have to say this is a great company, with great products, and customer service is awesome! I felt they really cared about me as a person, appreciated my feedback,  and solved my issue right away above and beyond expectations... Highest regards! 👍👍👍😁!!!
              
				Pulsar Vaporizers has the absolute best customer service in the industry. Their products are absolutely fantastic. But in the rare case that you do run into an issue, Pulsar is always quick to help and make things right! Can't say enough good things about this company! 				Amazing vaporizer. I have used them for years with no issues. Recently I had a vape pen break, as things tend to do, and Pulsar did not hesitate to honor the warranty. I feel nearly every company lacks customer service and don't particularly care anymore. Pulsar is no doubt an exception to that. High-ly recommend!! 10 out of 10 tell a friend
