I love the Pulsar DL 510 aurodraw vapes. I had a problem with mine and customer service went above and beyond to rectify the situation. Best customer service ever. Prompt reply, and they sent me a replacement vape, along with a few extra vapes, which was totally awesome! Thanks Pulsar!
I have nothing negative to say. They stand by their warranty 1000%. I had a vape develop a crack on the base and once I contacted them and made a warranty claim, it was delivered in less than a week along with a surprise bonus and a 15% coupon. Being happy with the service and the product

I love their products! I bought a vaporizer in march and it has lasted all this time. The screen just went out and pulsar happily replaced for me with no issues because it was still under warranty. Great company and great customer service. Thank you JESS M for helping me so quickly and easily!!
The customer service i received in July was very lackluster compared to a recent experience of a friend. While they were polite, there was no attempt to keep me as a customer. I think people should know that it is not consistent customer care. My friend had an issue with a product out of warranty and was compensated very well and given a coupon also. My experience was vastly different. I was told bluntly that their inventory changes frequently and the few options that might've sufficed. Yes I'm a touch salty about it but also want people to know that their customer service is erratic.
