Great customer service. I reported a problem with an order, and they immediately responded to me. They quickly offered to replace my product or a full refund and then had a new product shipped to me the next day. Definitely recommend these guy's their customer service is top-notch 👌
Best customer service of probably any company I've ever encountered. From sending me a free additional battery along with its warranty replacement for a battery I had issues with, to the swift and above and beyond customer service reps, Pulsar has established itself as a consumer friendly company and I will always be looking to try new stuff from them.
I love pulsar so so much. Their products are awesome. Shipping time is top notch, my package was already shipped 3 hours after I placed my order. And their customer service is outstanding. When my unit arrived, I noticed the internals were rattling around my device. I emailed them and they quickly offered a replacement. They ended up sending me not 1, but TWO replacement devices for my troubles. I love the fact that they stand behind their product and are always there to make it right. 11/10 seriously. Never buying another battery from any other brand again. Pulsar all the way!
So wonderful the first one got lost and they did not hesitate to send me a replacement as soon as possible and it arrived today at my surprise just opened it. It's a wonderful product. I absolutely love it and I will definitely definitely be recommending it to other customers family friends it is an amazing product super easy to use. Easy to understand cartridges fit perfectly. It's nice and smooth. Would definitely recommend anybody
Pulsar makes high quality, durable, and consistent vapes. Their products (especially the Pulsar) are well worth the cost.
Their customer service is excellent as well - my package was lost, I sent them an email, and after they looked into it they shipped out a replacement very quickly.
Will definitely be a repeat customer.
