| I work in a dispensary. We had 2 different cartridges by Vortex that all had massive failures. Had a great conversation with them and they told us to return them for a refund. Well, it's been around a month since we shipped them and 4 emails sent to vortex. No response of any kind. I don't like black listing companies but I don't think we will be purchasing anything from Vortex again. I'm disappointed because I actually like the cartridges when they work… | ||

| Within less then 48 hours the vape cartridge I bought had broken in two completely garbage now and I can't even get a replacement because I don't have the original package so now I'm out money and I can't enjoy it either sad to say I definitely don't recommend this companies vape cartridges never have tried the flower so no comment on that | ||
