| Don't buy this product if you're in Canada and need warranty. While this company is own by a Canadian company, you will have to send your unit (volcano hybrid in my case) to Germany for repair and pay a huge amount for shipping. It is too bad, as over the years I have been a loyal customer with 2 mighty, 1 mighty +, and 1 Volcano Hybrid and countless parts and accessories over the year. | ||

| This is my third (!!) Crafty that broke. The device was already after the warranty when the red and yellow LEDs appeared. I wrote to Storz-Bickel. In response, the absurd price of 119 euros for the repair! | ||

| Not sure about their customer service, but I've had a volcano, sold it, have tried dozens of vapes in the years following, and ended up buying another volcano, an onyx. Nothing ever came close to a volcano. | ||

| This company does not know what customer service is, I have been trying to get in contact with someone here for 2 months about a refund. They have ignored all my emails and even my twitter messages. Disgraceful behavior from this company, please spend your hard earned money anywhere else. Storz & Bickel do not deserve the time of day let alone the money in your wallet. | ||
