| Wish I could give 0 stars. Try returning something 'hassle-free'. In this day and age, with a hundred companies offering free shipping and returns, it's flabbergasting how they handle things. Never had worse customer service than this. The only thing they know is to say "here's our warranty, you can find it on our website." If there's a defect, they send it for inspection AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPANSE. I've never heard of such abomination. Oh and they beg for 5 stars reviews on Google after you chat with them. Wondering what it says about this company. Edit: you can't reply to reviews so here's at follow-up. The email didn't answer any of my concerns and still had the same message 'please check our website'. I returned my item. Can't wait to see how long it's gonna take to have my refund. | ||

| Fantastic service at TVape once again. Lisa really knows her stuff and her awesome product knowledge enabled her to get me timely answers to the complex questions I had. If it was possible to Give Lisa 10 stars out of 5 I would. I was trying to figure out what S&B adapters were needed to use the dosing pods on my Volcano Classic with the Standard Valve. It would have taken me a couple more hours or an eternity to figure it out myself. FANTASTIC JOB LISA - YOU ARE THE BEST! it is this great knowledge of products, outstanding customer service, and staff that keep me coming back year after year. | ||
